Job description

YOUR TASKS

•Defines processes, routings and procedures in line with defined production concept and performance targets (and supports production in achieving them).
•Defines processes setup (incl. framework, working plans, KPIs, process windows) in line with defined production concept and performance targets.
•Transfers know-how among locations.
•Is involved in defining the optimal layout and flow of new production line.
•Reviews requirements specifications and ensures compliance with machines of new production cells (acceptance tests of machines).
•Supports troubleshooting processes.
•Analyses on a regular basis the deviation in production and implements corrective actions to reduce costs (situations) and improve process.
•Implements/leads continuous improvement program.
•Applies the expertise in RFQ processes with robust feasibility and best cost calculations.

Requirements

PROFILE

• Technical university degree.
• More than 5 years of experience in similar position, preferably processing industry.
• Experience in one-piece flow production or / and spring (or similar product) production knowledge advantage.
• Experience in data analysis and continuous improvement programs.
• Practical knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma or similar methods.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards in theory and practice.
• SAP knowledge.
• Initiative, enthusiastic with analytical and structured approach.
• Independent, responsible and holistic way of acting, open minded to widely cooperate.
