Job description

YOUR TASKS

• Plans, coordinates and controls the industrialisation and launch of the new products in accordance with the project targets.
• Ensures the timely completion of project milestones and manages the cost within the given budget.
• Manages an interdisciplinary project team consisting of Process engineering, Production, Quality, SCM, HR and Finance.
Is responsible for capacity planning during the ramp-up, supports the recruitment of the required production team and defines training requirements.
• Proactively defines corrective actions and escalates relevant developments that can jeopardize the overall success of the project.
• Coordinates activities with external suppliers and sings-off the SAT and FAT in our facility.
• Coordinates troubleshooting process along production launch.
• Regularly reports the progress and status of the project to the local organisation and global project team.

Requirements

PROFILE

• Strong skills in project management.
• Ability to lead and motivate interdisciplinary team of Process engineering, Production, Quality, SCM and others if necessary.
• Technical degree with further technical or business education.
• Initiative, enthusiastic with analytical and structured approach.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards in theory and practice.
• High level of independency.
• High communication level, high level of assertiveness.
• English on communication level.
